Business is Now Psychology

Marketing is no longer business, it is pure psychology.  It isn’t who you can “recruit”, but What Social Media web site(s) are you using to make friends?  What age people and interest(s) are important to you? Who/how many people are you friends with?

If you have an online business, yes you are in business, but the Internet does not work like face-to-face business works.  You need to make friends with people, show them you are a leader, and can help them make a great living, doing Network Marketing.  People aren’t drawn to a business; they are drawn to you, their leader.

It is time to get out of a “Boss”, or “Manager” frame of reference, and into a leader, an equal/Team,  Frame of Reference.

It is now time to find the confidence and drive, to lead your down line to success.  No one can do this for you.  You can get assistance, with drive and leadership, but you have to be the motivation behind your team’s success.  It is time to “Walk the Walk, and Talk the Talk.”  Don’t be afraid, but make sure you have the Skills, drive, and motivation, and most important the passion, to lead your team to success.  Once you have these 3 ingredients, you are on your way to success career in network marketing.
