Making Sales
Here are a few tips to help you with your sales, I'm not going to give you a website to go to. I think the spirit of this site is to help others for free. I'm not knocking people who are sending you to their website, it is just my personal opinion.
1) Establish like and trust with your prospect - this is not done by sending emails and other such media that is what I deem detached. You gotta pick up the phone and actually talk to people, as well as doing all of those other things.
2) The best way to learn is by doing - don't be afraid of rejection, its going to happen so don't let it get you down.
3) Keep track of all of your activities - this means if someone doesn't pick up when you call, if no one answers a certain ad, then you will know where to make adjustments and what you need to work on.
4) Don't be too slick - If you are a slick salesman people are going to be intimidated and you will struggle. The reason is, they see you and think to themselves 'well I could never do that' and they are right it isn't duplicatable.
