Passing judgment, perhaps, is the single most egregious human act that limits the best of relations we can have with one another. If we were to respect, and in fact honor the choices of others, perhaps we could get to a place of understanding. Consider the extreme example that follows:
If one were to take the life… Continue

That's the new
Sunshines Bar and Grill under construction in early 2008
My wife and I want to report a major advance at our home away from home in
Nevis, West Indies.
Recently several large geothermal reservoirs were successfully tapped for energy production there. In fact, it is estimated that the reservoirs will produce some 50 megawatts of electricity with only 20% of that required by itself and its sister island…

I started drinking an
Acai berry nutraceutical dietary supplement, named
AIO about three weeks ago.
On Saturday while visiting a doctor for a check up, my blood pressure reading was 123/70. Normally, with my medication it is about 140/85.
Then, yesterday, while walking back from a restaurant in New York City with my wife, I realized my arthritic knees have not been hurting for a least a week. I had not even thought about my knees until yesterday. I told my…

After trying 5, yes 5 different network marketing businesses over the past four years, I recently realized I was missing something. I got sick and tired of listening to corporate calls every single week and hearing leaders report having 100's and even thousands of people in their down lines. Were they lying? Buying people? What was it?
Three weeks ago, I found out the secret. It is first branding oneself; having one's own proven marketing system and designing it…

In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, I was invited to the White House last night by The President and Mrs. Obama.
I arrived about 4:45PM before the event that was scheduled to start at 5:00PM. (Don’t be late for White House events I learned. They start on time). My first stop was the bathroom after checking my coat in…

I was just reading an email by Michael Rasmussen that said the two magic words in any kind of marketing are "Statistical Data". I can't help but to agree with this. Being mathematically inclined and a bit of a numbers guy myself that comes naturally to me. Although statistics can be made to show pretty much anything you want, (ie health and wealth products claiming it is a growing industry, which it is not) even the numbers that lie are important. To quote JayZ "Men lie, Women lie, numbers…

Here are a few tips to help you with your sales, I'm not going to give you a website to go to. I think the spirit of this site is to help others for free. I'm not knocking people who are sending you to their website, it is just my personal opinion.
1) Establish like and trust with your prospect - this is not done by sending emails and other such media that is what I deem detached. You gotta pick up the phone and actually talk to people, as well as doing all of those other things.
2)…

This afternoon, I saw evidence of a
World Community, at least that is what I made of it.
I admit a
World Community is a matter of interpretation. Some will see what I am about to describe as just a mere coincidence or luck. Others will say it was just one person assisting another. I and many others perhaps, will say that it was a spiritual intervention and oneness that occurred.
What I experienced was my 50 some year old cousin grabbing a hold of the back of…

I took me a long time to learn this, and now it has come into focus. There are two huge myths when it comes to MLM and these are the things that people focus on most of the time.
Myth #1 You don't get paid for signing people up.
Myth #2 You don't get paid for selling products either.
A lot of you are kind of scratching your heads right now thinking, what the hell is he talking about? That's what it says in the compensation plan. What you do get paid for, is…

I have been following a conversation on
Twitter about the piracy incident on the high seas of East Africa that ended today in triumph, at least according to the American Press. The statements I read were one’s that included the phrase “world community.”
1. “Wouldn't it help the
world community to invest…

VERY PROUD MEETING BOB MCNULTY.

Beyond Commerce (BYOC), a publicly traded e-commerce and social networking internet company. The three divisions of the company,

Click picture to make larger. AWESOME!! This picture was taken in front of a Barack Obama Campaign office in Philadelphia just prior to last year's election. I believe it largely portrays what a World Community looks like; diversity in age, color, sex, ethnicity, culture, nationality and personal expressions of…

I participated in the first formal event of
Creating A World Community this morning at
il caffe latee in Harlem, New York city. The event was posted a day earlier on this site. Although I cannot give credit to anyone coming as a result of the notice, I shared the event and its purpose with one of the regular customers whom I recently befriended. We conversed on a number of subjects including the proprietor's nationality that I had mistakenly understood was Vietnamese but turns out…
